Supervising officers have remote access to SecureAlert's software 24/7 to view or modify offender information. In addition, supervision officers have 24/7 access to Offender Monitoring Center and customer support via a toll-free number.

Offender Monitoring Center assists the supervising officer in managing their case loads. Through the technology and equipment, the monitoring center is constantly analyzing the data it receives from the TrackerPAL, when an offender is in violation of their restrictions; an operator immediately contacts the offender through the TrackerPAL to inform of the violation. In addition, the operator notifies the sypervision officer of the violation if requested.
