A Fresno bail office. Est. 1966.

One office

A licensed bail agent works at this address, and so does our notary, by appointment only. Call us anytime 24/7. You can call and ask how bail works without agreeing to anything.

What the office does

The office writes California State bail bonds (also known as surety bonds), federal bonds, appeal bonds and large bonds. A licensed agent posts the bond at the jail or files it with the court, at your request. The bond is good for as long as the case remains active or until a determination is made.

In California the cost of a bond is generally 10%. The surety files the rate with the California Department of Insurance. Before anyone signs, know what the bond costs and who is responsible for it.
